Mrs. Kimbrala Sanders

Founder and CEO Kimbrala S. Sanders began her journey in childcare more than 17 years ago, inspired by a strong family legacy of caregiving and early childhood education. Growing up around childcare environments and later working hands-on in the field, Kim saw firsthand the powerful impact a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment could have on a child’s development—especially during the earliest years of life.

After relocating to Memphis, Tennessee in 1999, Kim committed herself to building a career centered on service. With over 25 years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, she recognized a growing need in the Memphis community for high-quality childcare that combined educational excellence, emotional support, and family partnership.
